I don't know if it's just me, an odd coincidence, a bit of Pentagon PR, or an intentional subterfuge by the foaming-at-the-mouth left-wing liberal media, but more often than not I see pictures of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld that look like he's making fantastic hand gestures and singing that Screamin' Jay Hawkins song.
